I'm so unlike what I used to be back even 5 years ago when I would've been all over the settings screen and spotting the differences – I just don't care enough anymore. The Microsoft Update Catalog website works best using Internet Explorer, but recent changes that removes ActiveX requirement now allows users to access the site using Chrome and Microsoft Edge. But 1809 has nailed this issue. So consider me a happy upgrader :DApart from that, I don't think I have noticed a single thing that's different. Updating / changing / etc drivers had no effect. WiFi would magically come good immediately. So you'd have to go shoot its particular svchost.exe process, then start the service manually. The WLan AutoConfig service, if you tried to stop it, would hang. After resuming from sleep I'd find I couldn't use WiFi.

In fact, it's fixed a long-standing frustration I've had with this laptop. I finally let it reboot on Sunday evening. All good. In reply to rossdelliott:My Lenovo T570 was offered it late last week. However, the company didn’t release a new update for the latest version of Windows 10 - version 1809 - back then. The company released a set of cumulative updates just in late November, by the way. It is the second Tuesday of the month, meaning Microsoft released new cumulative updates for the supported versions of the OS.
